The Conservatives -
European Parliamentary Elections

The Problem: General apathy with voters in the UK regarding getting people to vote in European Elections.
The Solution: Remind people why the European Parliament was formed and why a common market is a good idea for peace.

At the time of the campaign there were no conflicts in Europe and at this time the Conservative Party was the primary
pro-European political party so they wanted to be well represented in Brussels to safeguard British interests.

These print ads ran as double-page spreads in all broadsheets plus some tabloids and other publications like Vogue.

Awards: D&AD Silver Nomination Black and White Press / D&AD Best Pubic Service / Best Typography Consumer Campaigns.

NB. This third execution was in the end felt to be too politically sensitive and so didn't make it to press.
